On the opportunity side, positive attributes of our Participating Companies include the ability to rapidly transform sectors and scale impact, high ROI revenue models and margin profiles, and the possibility of becoming the 'new first mover' within a mature industry. On the flip side, this commercial novelty comes with unique challenges related to productization, demand creation/market access, obsolescence leaping, and capital intensity. Our initial cohort of Participating Companies includes start-ups currently in the Seed to Series A stages that have demonstrated notable achievements in productizing and commercializing their technology over a very short period — and have allowed us to be functional operators in this progress. These Participating Companies are engaged in progressive transformation of traditional industries that are either facing critical challenges, or can benefit greatly from AI based evolution — or both.
